Shockingly, a 25-year-old PhD scholar at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi has been arrested for sexually assaulting his 13-year-old sister-in-law. It was known from the police during Sunday. The scholar was arrested during Saturday night subsequent to his minor sister-in-law declared that she has been sexually attacked by him for the past few years.

Police said the girl, who lived with the scholar, was taken to a hospital during Saturday evening after she complained of stomach ache. In a medical check-up, she was found to be two months pregnant. The doctors informed police and the guilty was arrested. According to the police the doctors informed them that this was the second time the girl became pregnant as she has earlier had pregnancy and had undergone an abortion a year ago.

Needless to emphasize the disgraceful element of fact hidden behind the act of the culprit who happens to be a  PhD scholar at the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU)  New Delhi.

Its not just shocking yet a big shame for the nation to experience such filthy act being committed by educated criminals like this one. Its at the same time provoking horror to the society and its people that these days even highly educated brains are also getting involved in intense crime on women. Does it justify the worthiness of getting educated otherwise obtaining multiple degrees, if finally they are landing to be worthless citizens of the nation? Then what should we expect from an uneducated person who doesn't have good education neither employment nor prestige in the society??? I know reality is bitter yet that's the truth here that these days corruption has taken a different meaning altogether and that doesn't restrict itself being literate or illiterate. This simply makes it prominent that its not education alone that would declare a persons character or livelihood but how he/ she wants to be. Because no education teaches criminal acts rather give a person a way to live life happily with positiveness and goodness.

Its sad to hear that even a scholar gets involved in such shameful act. Criminals like these man here deserve severe punishment, a lesson much tougher than his degree to let him understand first the reality of goodness in life, then comes degree!
