Graceful actress Alia Bhatt was moved to tears in succession to watching Hansal Mehta's 'CityLights'. Alia could not stop praising lead actors Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha for their brilliant performance.

'CityLights' is a drama presented by Fox Star Studios in association with Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt. Recently, Alia hosted a special screening of her father's forthcoming home production for her family and friends.  Alia said in a statement that after watching the film, she was speechless. It was outstanding. They already have a national award winner, Rajkummar Rao in the film. Yet Patralekha... This is her debut film and she has acted so well which she don't think she can ever touch upon. Alia was in for a complete astonishment and was dazed by the performance of both the actors in the film.

Alia added, after 'Highway', she always used to see if people have tears in their eyes. Then she think that the movie is a hit. She came out crying of the theatre, so the director was very happy. The film is based on the life of a trader in Rajasthan who comes to the city of Mumbai with his wife and daughter in hope of a better life. Experience the cinematic brilliance with your own eyes.

'CityLights' is releasing on May 30.
