IMPAA Bans Pakistani Stars From Working In Bollywood Until Normalcy Returns

The diplomatic tensions between the India and Pakistan has affected the Bollywood as well. After the threats by the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), the Indian Motion Pictures Producer’s Association (IMPAA) on Thursday has banned the Pakistani stars from working in Bollywood until the normalcy returns between the relations of India and Pakistan.

The Vice President of IMPAA, Ashoke Pandit, revealed that the meeting on Thursday has decided that Pakistani actors, technicians cannot be allowed to work in India till matter settles down.

However, IMPAA has made it clear that won’t be stopping the upcoming films which stars the Pakistani actors and the ban will be applicable henceforth.

Meanwhile, amid the protests against the Pakistani artists the rock concert of Atif Aslam in Gurgaon has been canceled and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s song will be repalced by an Indian voice.

Among the upcoming movies which stars the Pakistani actors are Karan Johar’s ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which stars Fawad Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees, which stars Mahira Khan.
