5 Indian Breakfast Which You Can Have In the Morning

We eat various new breakfasts such as English, American and continental but we always forget about our own Indian breakfast which can be very healthy and tasty at the same time.

Here are few dishes of Indian breakfast which you can try while following a healthy lifestyle.

1.Dal Paratha
Dal-Paratha

This is made by either stuffing or adjoining the leftover dal of the previous night in the flat breads with little bit of seasoning. This is a very healthy food and tasty at the same time.

2.Methi Thepla
Methi-Thepla.

Stuffed with fenugreek leaves in a flat bread made of atta and served with accompaniments of choice with a cup of tea is also a good choice of Indian breakfast and will never give the feeling of emptiness till the lunch break.

3.Misal Pav
Misal-Pav

The dish is originated from Maharashtra. It’s spicy and can be very tasty while eating with chopped onions and a curry of farsan known as Misal.

4.Rawa Upma
Rawa-Upma

Rawa or semolina is used in India to make upma which is made by an assortment of vegetables as well as cooking rawa with the water to make their lumps.

5.Oats idli
Oats-idli

Idlis are always easy to digest and carries the ability to give you that much needed boost in the mornings. They are feathery of texture and a famous breakfast especially in south part of the country.
