Censor Board Passes Shivaay With A Single Cut

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has passed Ajay Devgan’s Shivaay with only a single and has give ‘U’ certificate to the film, according to the reports.

The one scene cut which has been demanded by the CBFC is an intimate scene between Ajay Devgan and Erika Kaar, according to the reports.

The Board feels that the movie, in total, is suitable for family audience and it has given ‘U’ certification to the film.

On the other hand Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is fighting for its release in Single-screen theaters after the decision by the Cinema Owners not to release films starring Pakistani artistes.

According to the reports the running time of Shivaay is 175 minutes and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is 158 minutes.

It was earlier reported that the CBFC has chopped off a lovemaking scene between Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bacchan in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. However Dharma Production has denied the news and said that the film has been passed without any cuts.
