5 Important Tips On Meditation For Beginners

Meditation is a good way heal the energy and has loads of health benefits. However, many people just doesn’t feel to try this at this look very awkward to them. But if you try it with a group, you will feel high relaxation and will calm your mind. Meditation is basically a prayer except that it teaches to focus the inward awareness.

Along with relaxing body, mind and spirit it’s also highly beneficial for raising their frequency. Many scientists believe that body’s energy vibrating at higher frequencies is more immune to diseases as it has been proved that the disease causing micro-organisms have a hard time to decode and penetrate in this stage of the body.

Many beginners finds it highly difficult to concentrate while meditating due to lot of noise in their heads. It’s perfectly normal and can be fixed in time. If you’re having any problems while meditating take a note of below tips.

1. Take proceedings in your hand
Many people face the problem of focus while starting to meditate. It’s due to various thoughts which get in you mind and distracts from concentrating. To counter this start giving instructions to the every part of the body by focusing your attention towards them while meditating. Start from toes and silently tell them relax. Repeat the procedure till you give attention to your whole body parts from legs and abdomen to finger, heart and head. Result, you’ll be surprised to find yourself relaxing at its best.

2. Use mantras
The word Mantra, in Sanskrit is made up of ‘man’ which means mind and ‘tra’ means instrument. In a nutshell, Mantra is a repetitive sound which clams your mind, either with voice of someone’s own or of an instrument. These mantras will help you to concentrate more while meditating and you’ll feel relaxed.

3. Peaceful music
A silent sound of a peaceful music can also help you in concentrating for long while meditating. The sound should be not too high so that it should not disturb you in your main task. Try only silent songs without words. However, if you’re comfortable with music with words, try music with simple words and volume should always be kept low. Also ensure that the track change repetitively while you are still meditating.

4. Peaceful images
When you see something soothing your body is flooded with the stress hormone called cortisol and becomes alert. The clam and peaceful imagery which will set you up for meditating can come extremely handy. It’s highly required to be comfortable before starting meditation. And in this purpose calm and peaceful images will be very useful.

5. Focus on your heart
Many people, mistaking the meditation technique, only focuses on their mind’s relaxation and they completely avoid to keep an eye on heart. It is necessary to concentrate on heart so that it you can achieve a state of an absolute calm and relaxation.
