Ayurveda, is India’s ancient scripture on health and fitness. Along with all the other Vedas, this has its own importance. This scripture is a proof that our predecessors were indeed careful of their whole body and health. It has various ways which can be applied in our day-to-day lives to live the fullest and without any health problems.

Here are the 5 simple ways to add Ayurveda in your everyday life.

1. Wake up early

Getting up early around 4.30-5.00 am helps you extensively as it’s most fresh and pure time of the day. To spend the whole day with positive vibes and energy, absorb all the freshness that is present in the air at the early morning.

2. Sleep well
Sleep-wellTo wake up early, you need to sleep well and for a proper period of time so that your body gets rejuvenate. It’s highly important that your body get’s full detoxification and to achieve this, the best time is sleeping. When we get good sleep out inner cells work in harmony to strengthen our immune system and circulate vibrant energy throughout your body. Taking warm bath before going to bed and use of subtle fragrances will help in getting good sleep. Start deep but slow breathing which helps in getting a good sleep.

3. Eating Habits
Eating-HabitsConsuming fresh, seasonal, organic fruits and vegetables and staying away from oily-junk food as far as possible will help you in staying disease-free. You have to keep a close look on your diet as most of the times it’s your diet which creates many health problems.

4. Walk, Walk and Walk
WalkIf you are not the person who goes to gym and do exercise regularly, start walking in the morning or just anywhere you want. Walking is the best form of exercise which provides metal, physical and emotional peace without straining your body. Try to walk after having a stressful day at work.

5. Get rid of dirt
