Intex unveiled its two new smartphones Aqua 5.5 VR and Aqua Craze II at Rs. 5099 and Rs. 5,990 respectively. The company said that Aqua 5.5 VR will be available exclusively on Flipkart from October 19 while the Craze II will be made available offline through retail channel.
Speaking at the launch of both the phones, Unnikrshnan Mohandas, Product Head-Intex Technologies said, “As a technology innovator, it is important for Intex to add valuable assets to the portfolio and create an industry benchmark. After extensive research and user inputs, we developed the Aqua 5.5VR & Aqua Craze II that promise to deliver improved quality of selfies as well as multitasking and better connectivity. Moreover, the improved features like Matrabhasha and in-house VAS feature named LFTY add to the USP of the product.”
Aqua 5.5 VR, A VOLTE enabled phone, sports 5.5 inch HD IPS display with 720x1280 pixels of resolution. It’s powered with 64-bit quad-core Mediatek processor and includes 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM and 32 Expandable memory with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The smartphone comes with 5MP front and rear camera with dual back flash.
