1.Keechakdara

You might have heard Chilkhaldara before. Although both are in Maharashtra, Keechakdara is different. Mythological incidents said that this is the same place where Bheema killed Kichaka and threw him into the vally below.

2.Bhandardara

With stunning surroundings and beautiful landscapes, this hill station, situated from the city at a distance of two-and-a-half-hour long journey, this is the great hill station for the city dwellers.

3.Matheran

This place is one of the famous hill stations in Maharashtra especially in rainy seasons. It sits atop at the Sahyadri mountain range and famous for weekend destinations for many people live in the nearby cities.

4.Panchgani

Panchangi is again a famous weekend destination. Crafted with beautiful scenery this is also a great choice if you want to go on a small picnic with family or friends.

5.Mahabaleshwar

It is the most visited hill station on Maharashtra. Mahabaleshwar once was the summer capital of Maharashtra during the British Raj. It has a perfect balance of modernity with the aura and heritage of the old world.
