Kolkata Crime Teenager girl was found dead after Defied Kangaroo Court's Order

In Kolkata a teenager girl was gang raped and murdered after she denied the orders of a village kangaroo court led by a Trinamool Congress leader. Her body was found naked on the railway track which was near to her home in Dhupguri in Jalpaiguri district.

The 15 years old girl tried stopping the villages beating her father up on the orders of a "salishi sabha" or self-appointed village court for not paying for a power tiller that he had rented.

After the incident took place the girl was found missing and after some hours her naked body was found on the railway track which is close to victims house.

The body of the girls was spotted by a villager named Ganesh Prasad, said, "At 8.15 a.m. I saw a dead body. I have not seen anything this like before. If bodies come under a train, they are in pieces but with clothes on. In this case, only the shoulder was covered by a cloth."

SP Jalpaiguri Kunal Agarwal said that the victim’s family have filled a case and they also named 13 people and Namita Roy, the husband of the councilor name also been included and among them one man was arrested and two other were held for questioning and the case was handed over to the GRP for further investigation.
