Sedition Case Filed Against 200 Congress Workers For Allegedly Raising Pro-Pakistan Slogans

In a huge setback for Congress, 200 Congress party workers has been charged for sedition for allegedly raising ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans in a rally for martyrs in Uri Attack in UP’s Moradabad.

According to the media reports, the police has lodged complaint against the party workers for raising pro-Pakistan slogans.

Reports said, the Congress party workers had organized a rally for the soldiers who martyred in the recent Uri Attack on Saturday from Kashipur Road to SDM office in Moradabad.

The rally which was filmed by a leading Hindi news channel and the video shows that few party workers shouting ‘Pakistan Zindabad’.

However, Congress leaders have denied all the reports of raising of pro-Pakistan slogans in the rally.

Planned by Pakistani terrorists, 18 soldiers have been killed in Uri Attack and various top leaders of all the spectrum has condemned the attack and has slammed Pakistan.

This is not the first time that Congress members have caught showing sympathy towards Pakistan. Earlier senior Congress leader Manishankar Aiyar, while speaking in a conclave in Pakistan has urged the Pakistani government to help Congress in opposing Prime Minister Narendra Modi taking him out of the charge for peaceful relations between India and Pakistan.
