For each day to be beautiful and full of life, your mornings are supposed to be positive and good first. And for this, your thoughts, motivation and even the food intake should be perfect.

Since ages, n numbers of Doctors advise us to kick start a ‘dhamaakedaar’ day with the best of breakfast. Now, the proper definition of ‘best’ in this context would be ‘healthy’ breakfast. The food intake, particularly in the mornings has to be healthy, light and with lots of energy. Let’s check out best breakfast plan that is all time favorite, fits the health quotient, as well as yummy to eat;

Oats

A bowl of oats could be the perfect way to start off your day. It's high in cholesterol-fighting fiber and can even help regulate diabetes and obesity! Pair this with some healthy skimmed milk and you got a perfectly filling, nutritious breakfast.

Wheat flakes

not only is this breakfast ready to eat and delicious, it’s extremely healthy and nutritious! Just add a glass of milk which will give you plenty of protein, and munch away! But don’t forget those chopped fruits and nuts! Almonds, walnuts, cherries and chopped bananas are a perfect addition to ensure you stay full until lunch!

Brown bread sandwiches

Brown bread which is rich in fiber and antioxidants is a healthy and yummy replacement for the usual white bread for sure. Pair this up with some tuna or chicken for a delicious breakfast to perk you up! Also be sure to add loads of vegetables in your sandwich. As for all you vegetarians out there, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber, will be just perfect on grilled brown bread.

Boiled Eggs

Eating two boiled eggs is simply a great way to start the morning. Not only are they rich in protein, studies have shown that regular intake of egg can go so far as to prevent heart attacks! Also, due to its high sulphur content, eggs can do wonders for your hair and nails! However remember to skip the yolk if you are worried about cholesterol!

Idlis

This delicious Indian breakfast is just packed with healthy carbohydrates and proteins not to mention vitamins and minerals! Just avoid the usual coconut chutney and replace it with a healthier option. Moreover, Ildlis are all time favorites that too if had with yummy chutney or sambar…

Upma

Who can resist a steaming bowl of upma in the morning? Filled with carbohydrates and proteins here's a yummy breakfast that will keep you full all morning! The fact that upma is low in sugar, saturated fat and has absolutely no cholesterol only makes it better! This breakfast is just full of health benefits, isn't it?

And yes, even though you kick start your mornings with a cup of coffee, atleast after you are done with your breakfast do not forget to drink a cup of milk along with your favorite milk mix. This would help you gain a lot of proteins!
