The popular augmented reality mobile game Pokemon Go is receiving thunderous response in the parts of the world where it is available and although various countries are still far away from the game, all are waiting desperately for the game to be available all over the world. According to latest buzz, the famous game is soon to be available for Windows phones.

Reports said as many users are requesting their phone makers to bring Pokemon Go on their platforms, one such request was made on Microsoft Portugal Facebook page by a user and that query has got the response from the Microsoft Portugal Team.

The translated texts of the whole post read,

The application will be home soon, which refers to the windows phone store.

But according to the reports published in GSM Arena, the comments had been removed soon and new comments has been posted by the company which, after translation, reads,

Dear fans, we apologize if the comment published previously you induced in error. We have actually received requests for this application will be available for windows phone. The store windows [Windows Store] is evaluating options to satisfy this request in the best possible way. We promise to keep you abreast of any developments.

Reports said that it seems the company has backed off from its earlier statement of providing Pokemon Go to Windows phone users, however, the company might be working on it and don’t want to spoil the expectations from the users by giving out confidential information too soon.
