The rumors has proven true as Saif Ali Khan, himself confirmed the news to a popular film gossip website. He said, “My wife and I would like to announce that we are expecting our first child in December. We would like to thank our well wishers for their blessings and support and also the press for their discretion and patience.”

Even Kareena Kapoor Khan has also confirmed it by saying exactly the same Saif had said earlier. She said, “Saif and I would like to announce that we are expecting our first child in December. We would like to thank our well wishers for their blessings and support and also the press for their discretion and patience.”

The rumors erupted about Kareena’s pregnancy when she spotted outside a popular hospital. However, it was then said that she had gone for a general check-up. Although the actress had not denied reports about her pregnancy during the promotions of her latest movie Udta Punjab, she had said that the media will be informed about the good news at the right time.

Throughout the recent period since reports emerged about her pregnancy Kareena maintained her stand that she is definitely looking forward to having a child.
